Answer: We ship from our warehouses in USA, Singapore or China. We work directly with trusted suppliers around the world, which allows us to pass our savings directly to our customers and provide them with exceptional products at very competitive prices. We test every item and even visit factories to ensure the best quality and sustainable practices. Expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialized in different manufacturing areas.
Q. Do you have stores, or do you sell only online?
Answer: We don't have physical stores yet. We only sell online at the moment.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes, we ship almost all over the world. International orders are subject to import taxes, duties and customs, which are applied once your shipment reaches the destination country. We cannot predict what your specific charges might be. For more information on your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. All taxes, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local carrier may be able to provide you with information on the accepted method of payment for duties, taxes and other charges collected at the time of delivery.

Q. How long does it take for my goods to arrive?

Answer:  Depending on your locations, delivery may take between 7 to 15 days. In some cases, due to COVID-19 affecting the speed of work in some localities, delivery may take up to 30 days. Please rest assured that we will send your tracking number to you as soon as it is shipped.

 Answer: You don't need to sign for the shipment.

 Q. Why is my order not being delivered in the estimated time?

Answer: Some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Answer: We provide tracking for every order.  Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

Answer: Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders. the order confirmation is sent to your email within 24 hours of payment. Check your email used when placing your order or verify your spams folder as they may also be there,

Q. If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?

Answer: We do not sell our customers' information. Email is only for follow-up and to send newsletters about our promotions and new arrivals.

Q. Do I (the customer) have to pay customs?

Answer: For most countries you do not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are and if you order more than 1 piece. We are not responsible for customs fees. Please check with your local customs agency to find out more.

Q. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Answer: If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at
If the address is wrong, we can correct it within 24 hours. No refund will be issued after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Q. Can I add/remove products from my order?

Q. I placed an order and it was cancelled the same day. What happened?

Q. I just placed my order. Can I cancel it?

Answer: You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! Most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you want to cancel your order for any reason, all you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" at within 24 hours.
